I would only recommend this office if you plan to stick with them for LIFE! We did not renew our policy (after 18 months with them) because we traveled abroad for 4 months. Now that we’re back, we’ve been shopping for a cheaper insurance (previously used to pay 131$ a month) and we found a couple under 100$ but decided to call Cindy’s office to check. Initially they gave us a 544$ quote for 6 months, then Yesenia did something (wrote something on our report) that almost tripled the quote (1459$) and increased our quotes with all other agents and companies. Revenge at its finest 👏👏👏👏

Great Insurance Company. The best that there is. Then my personal person Yessinia, I signed up and have remained with them because of how nice the staff are especially Yessinia. Very courteous, professional and attentive. I will recommend anytime and anyday.

Liz is a great agent. She took the time to explain my options until we could find the right fit. She’s very attentive and responsive, super easy to reach her when I have a question. Highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for a new policy.
